Outlook Web App has limited launch on Android

A lot of users have been waiting for an Android version of the Outlook Web App (OWA) for a long time now as iOS users have had access to the service for quite some time. Microsoft has decided to launch a pre-release version on Android that will only be available on “small” and “normal” devices.

This version has all the features of the iOS one with the added bonus of being able to update the address book when you make a change to the device’s contacts. Still, Microsoft is really not ready to release OWA to the general population as they are even taking suggestions on which devices to support next.

If you happen to have an Android 4.4 KitKat device that fits within Google’s standards for the aforementioned sizes, then you can head on over here to download the app and see if it is worth it. Everyone else will have to wait just a bit longer or keep using the Exchange App for now.
