After you configured the application it will show up all the managed rooms in a well organized panel right next to the calendar view. The interface lets users easily check reservations and make sure rooms don’t remain unoccupied because of processing mistakes.

Reservation Master supports both single and group reservations, along with comprehensive visitor information but also the ability to add quick check-ins. Guarantee status can be represented with color codes. As an example, the green color is used for customers who already paid for the booking while light blue shows corporate guests.

The interface with multiple tabs lets managers to quickly see occupancy status, arrivals, departures and customer lists. All data can be exported in a variety of formats like Excel spreadsheets, PDF and CSV.
