PB for Desktop is an unofficial desktop client for the popular Pushbullet app which is available on iOS, Android, Mac and Windows.The Pushbullet app provides an easy way of sharing files between all supported platforms and devices. While Pushbullet also has an official desktop client, if you like the web app better but don’t want to use a web browser in order to access it, you should give PB for Desktop a try.
This application is practically a wrapper for the Pushbullet web app so you can make use of all its features from the comfort of your desktop. PB for Desktop requires you to login using your Google or Facebook account, just like the official Pushbullet clients.
The program integrates into the taskbar, and thanks to taskbar icon’s context menu you can open the app’s interface, snooze all notifications, enable, disable or change sound alerts and set the app to run at system boot.
