Cutting Optimization Pro is a cutting program that can obtain cutting and nesting layouts for one and two dimensional pieces (1D and 2D).

Cutting Optimization Pro also allows users to define and handle complex products, like desk, table, locker, cupboard, book shelf and others. The program can be used for cutting rectangular sheets made of various materials such as wood, woodworking, metal, glass, furniture and other materials; Linear pieces can also be cut using the program, for example pipes, bars, steel bars, tubes, extrusions, metal profiles…etc.

Cutting Optimization Pro also offers guillotine optimization in one or multiple stages, and non-guillotine (nested) optimization.

Other important capabilities of Cutting Optimization Pro include optimal generation of cutting patterns, support for metric measurements, free Google Sketchup plugin to export the size of the pieces to Demand table, adjustable optimization level and cutting blade thickness, edge banding handling and the option to define complex products like table, locker, desk…etc. and material types such as wood, metal and glass.
