AutoCAD Version Explorer 1.95

AutoCAD Version Explorer (AVE) is a free, small utility that lets you view AutoCAD previews and version information in a simple, effortless manner. The application has an interface similar to the one of Windows Explorer and AutoCAD is not required to use AVE.

The application can display AutoCAD versions 2.5, 2.6, 9, 10, 11/12, 13, 14, 2000, 2004, 2007 and 2010 and preview images v13, 14, 2000, 2004, 2007 and 2010. You can quickly output an entire directory or a selection of files to HTML format and view samples as well.

Furthermore, you can select a number of files or a whole directory and create a ZIP archive. Via AVE’s context menu you can show the 3X view and several file management options for the selected file. There’s also a shell integration option that will add the ‚Browse with AVE’ option to the right-click context menu.

AutoCAD Version Explorer is free, light on system resources and portable (simply run the .exe file with no installation needed). You won’t need any external files to run the program.
