BulkFileChanger: A portable utility that can change file attributes with support for batch processing

BulkFileChanger is a lightweight, portable application that can change file attributes for any file format, offering the possibility to process multiple files at the same time.

Since you don’t need to install this portable app, you can simply save the executable file on your local hard disk or an external storage device and double-click to run it.

The plain UI lets you quickly load files via drag and drop or the built-in file browser. You can also load a selection of items from a folder filtered using wildcards and select the subfolder depth. The tool also allows you to choose which type of content should be included (files and/or folders).

The list of loaded files displays related information for each item, including the name, complete path, time and date for creation, last access and modification, extension, attributes and so on. You can copy a selection of entries or all of them to the clipboard, as well as save them to an HTML, HTM, XML, CSV or TXT file.

All of the above mentioned file attributes can be edited and when you’re dealing with a large number of files, BulkFileChanger can process them at once, thanks to support for batch operations.
