Pros

full features with quotation, invoice, purchase order, customer statement, stock control module and others. It's helps to keep track of customer payment and inventory level. It's very flexible in setting. Very simple and cost effective.

Cons

not network ready yet but heard from the support that the network version will be on soon

Summary

I was using Xin Invoice and then upgrade to Xin Inventory. I love this software because it's very handy. Features like multiple tax and decimal point, support multiple language included in this software. I can customize my own template but i paid for the software provider to create one professional template for me. The support is good. One thing, it's really cheap and you can't complaint about it.
