Pros

Bullet Proof. I dont know how to put this any better, it works all the time. It is easy to put my excel data into it. The db is easy to sort by any column.

Cons

I really can't think of any.

Summary

Voicent Agent Dialer is the workhorse of our call center. It does all the dialing, ring time, voicemails, and transfers only live people to my waiting agents. It even gives the agent a heads by displaying info on the call. If you have a call center, you need voicent agent dialer.
