Pros

It has a nice interface, allows monitoring and adjusting start-up programs and services for any level of computer expertise.

Cons

If you need help forget it. I've tried on and off for over 2 months and have never received any answer to my many emails.

Summary

Why would you even think of purchasing a product where no support or help is available? I can't get a response from either Sales or Product Support - I've a new computer and want to transfer my registration. I've emailed both addresses for over 2 months and have never gotten any response. As a result I can't use the product I purchased. I now give it a THUMBS DOWN.
