I have tried Supertintin for my interviews and its a pretty awesome tool. I never had an issue on my transcriptions. Though costly, its worth the purchase.

Supertintin has been the most impressive skype recorder I've tried so far. though the license cost around $30, it will worth it if you need a reliable recording software for skype. very useful.

I didn't experience any difficulty using supertintin which is what I like most about it.

What I don't like is it's not for free.
