Summary

I was searching for simple chat software and flashcoms seemed to be a good one. Flash interface looks much better than most of the professional chat sites. I have purchased video chat and also host with them.. I can say that the customer support is also fantastic, they helped me very much with installation and integration, also provide all information very fast. I am very glad to be their client. By the way I received only positive feedback from my members about the chat.

Pros

Chat product has a lot of features and outstanding design layout. It is easy to install. And finally I have very quick and helpful support. Which is a #1 priority after trying to get the same from several other chat companies.

Cons

ready translations are not available, but that's just a minor thing more of just something to put in the cons sections.

Summary

Looking forward to further upgrades, as I am perfectly fine with application, its functionality and support.

Excellent functionality and many features offered. I loved their new design and friends list widget.

it's so good that you ask for more and more of flashcoms.

Summary

flashcoms chat and messenger are great products with great support. All of my issues were addressed almost immediately. And I am glad I actually found a comfortable and serious company to work with.
