Pros

It does a great job converting .ds2 files to .wav files. Not too expensive.
This is the only product for this function that I know of.

Cons

You can only purchase a 1-year license which has to be renewed each year. Customer service with PCdictate is horrific. You can't talk to them on the phone. They are very slow to respond to e-mails

Summary

Good product, but the customer service stinks.
