I find it has 3 main pros:
convenient to use; strong function; low price!

Cons

The trial time is a little short.

It is very convenient to use. As a website owner, what I only to do is to download this software and register while my website visitor need to do nothing before chatting with me(they even do not need to register on my website). Abundant function is an other advantage of this live chat. I used to only chat in text with my visitors when I was using other live chat. But this software enables me to chat in voice. What's more, I can send file,such as the product catalogue, to my visitors. I strongly you to use such a great software!

Comm100 has designed more than one App for online marketing.Users can integrate them to work together.

Cons

It's a little complicated to familiar with all of them!

Summary

I still do business through email marketing. However,only email marketing can not fulfill my business. I'm so glad to find Comm100 has developed a system for online marketers. This system integrates the live chat, email marketing, ticket,help desk.It satisfies most of my needs.

I have being using this live chat for a long time and it really works! I’d like to conclude some obvious pros for your reference. First, of course is its strong abilities, I can find any thing I can imagine in a live chat. Second, the product is very convenient to use, I even do not need to download this software. In stead, I just go to its official website and login, and then I can use the product. This live chat really brings me sales.
