Pros

- connects via bluetooth
- can connect to any device, PC, mobile phone etc
- can synchronize almost everything with 1 click
- supports VoIP
- call via Skype (bluetooth)

Cons

- not free
- has some problems with some devices (I've read on the internet)

Summary

BlueSoleil is a must application if you want to syncronize and push data across your devices, simple and easy. It supports a ton of hardware, has many features and support bluetooth calling via Skype (VoIP). Just give it a try, you will be amazed.
Be aware of the limitation.
