Just download the file, apply it to your Avira installation

It seems some have problems updating using these offline updates. Either the guys at FC updated the files recently, but it just works for me. As someone posted below, if you have troubles, read the installation instructions again.

Pros

- just download the daily/weekly definitions, save them locally then update all your workstations
- great source for any sysadmin with Kaspersky powered workstations

Cons

- sometimes it give some errors, but it's rare and it's probably because of Avira itself

This Avira updates source is excellent if you lack an internet connection and you need (must) update your Avira Antvirus. Just download them and update easily. A plus for a large offline network that runs Avira and needs to stay protected.

Summary

It's nice to see I can find on FileCluster the daily virus definitions for Avira. I have several workstations that don't have internet and the offline updates help me alot! Great Job!
