"Unstable program for my scanner/system" by Moandor on Aug 20, 2010

Summary

ArcSoft 6.1.56.148 came with my ION slide and negitive scanner I just purchsed. I have installed and uninstalled the program a number of times and the scanner worked only once then the ArcSoft program crashed. The scanner displays only a film image that is blank.
