Let’s face it, the iPhone/iPod Touch need something more than Notes. I mean, it’s simple and a very easy way to write down stuff, but that’s it. So, 2008 ended and here we are in 2009, an interesting year on the software market or so we like to think. The iPhone is still the no 1 gadget and the application store is filled with applications of all sorts. It’s time to see which applications we consider to be the best for the iPhone/iPod Touch and I assure you, this wasn’t easy. I’m guessing if you own an iPhone you already are aware of the changes brought by the 2.2 update, as we’ve also written in the Beta preview.

Now, voice commands on the phone aren’t something new, but searching Google from your phone using your voice is. The good part is that it’s here and we can use it, the bad part is that this is only available for the Apple’s iPhone. Now I suspect that this feature will reach the Android market in the near future, but there isn’t any word for other markets such as Symbian.
