Cleaning the recent documents list in the Windows XP is a must if you are working on a public computer such as your office or internet cafe. Well, there are many reasons why some should know how to erase their recent documents, but let’s just stick to the facts here.
For those who don’t know, the “My Recent Documents” menu from the Windows XP’s Start Menu records any current document activity and places a shortcut to the recent opened(used) file within that menu. Basically, it shows your file history within one tab. Cleaning the “My Recent Documents” history menu is very easy and can be done within few mouse clicks.

There are many ways to extract mp3 files from swf, but we will choose the easiest method which usess a 3rd party application.

Many Ubuntu users have reported frequent problems within Ubuntu with the Caps Lock, Shift or the Control keys. The specified keys stop working randomly and an Ubuntu restart is required to re-enable them. The cause of this ‘problem’ is most often the .NET Framework installation that adds an additional user account called ASPNET. A friend of mine asked me today how he can import his contacts from Gmail into Outlook and I have decided to create this small tutorial.
Export your Gmail contacts
First we will need to export our Gmail contacts. Just log into your Gmail account, select the Contacts tab, choose “Select: All” or individual if you wish to export only certain contacts then press “Export”, choose the Outlook’s CSV format and select a location within your computer or local media to save the file.
