Adobe Flash 10 released: feature rich and improved
October 15, 2008, Author: Cezar Renta
After a long time in public beta, Adobe finally decided to release the 10th version of the popular Flash. It’s obvious that Adobe launched Flash 10 earlier than expected, due to Microsoft’s Silverlight, its direct competitor.
Let’s see what Adobe Flash 10 brings with this new version:
- 3D Object support
- Rich text layout support
- support for bi-directional and right-to-left written languages
There is also support for Adobe’s Pixel Bender custom filter technology, with the possibility of using custom effects parameterized to animate at runtime. There is also an official demo showing the features of Adobe Flash 10 more detailed, you can check it out visitin this page.
You can also download the new Adobe Flash from our website.
