So finally Apple just released the new iTunes 10. While iTunes looks an feels almost the same, it seems that Apple decided to add a little social flavour to the new version, the Ping integration feature. Ping actually is Apple attempt to create a centralized social network of music, artists etc…pretty much like Last.FM. 
You can follow people that have the same taste, follow artists, see a list of upcoming concerts and so on. Basicly, Apple is looking for a big expansion into the social networking. If it’s good, we don’t know yet, we just need to test it ourselves and report later.
Another thing about iTunes 10, for all you jailbreakers out there, is that the 10th version is jailbreak friendly, contrary to what we’ve expecting from the upcoming version. So in other words, install it and enjoy the new features.
