It seems that Microsoft messed up the math a little and the Release Candidate version announced to be launched in April, will actually come somwhere in May. The source, ArsTechnica, reports that the download page on TechNet had a rather strange early appearance, but we are used to those ‘errors’ since Beta.
It’s rumored that the RC phase will last until June and the version will expire in May 2010. Both 32 and 64 bit versions will be available to the public and no hardware changes are reported since the Beta, so it’s all good. The guys from Ars did a screenshot with the download page before it was pulled by Microsoft, so ya..more fun for us.
