Let’s say you like a avatar/screensaver/wallpaper website alot and you are into the funny pictures. That website has a funny category of course, with lots and lots of avatars or whatever images you can imagine. Now, you want to save all those images but you find it boring and frustrating to right click on every image and click “Save Image As”. Fortunately, Firefox comes with a add-on that can capture all the images from a given web page within 1 click. Still with me?
Save Images is a your personal image leecher, directly from your Firefox browser. Configuring this Firefox extension is also easy, all you need is to aaccess the Tools menu > Save Images Tab. Visiting the Options screeen (or ctrl+shift+o), you can configure the image size limit, the destination folder where you want them placed or how you like Save Images to deal with duplicate images. Cake easy right?
After you have configured the add-on, all you need to do now is to save the pictures from any web page either by visiting the same Tools > Save Image > Save Images from current Tab or using the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+S.
That’s it, enjoy your free time now.
