I thought your Ultimate Windows Tweaker looked interesting, especially the bit about disabling resource hogs so I thought I would try it. After going around in circles for ten minutes trying to find a download link, I finally figured out where the resource hog is. Also your screen shot doesn’t show me anything I can’t already do anyway so I stopped wasting my time.
