The ISO 9001:2008 standard specifies Quality Management System "QMS" requirements regarding an organization"'s ability to meet and improve upon their products and services quality. During the certification process, AXIGEN was required to show proof it had implemented the necessary standards and procedures to improve product and service quality on a regular, quantifiable and verifiable basis, while following a systematic approach to overall quality management.
