This is the version of medicjournal for iPhone / iPod Touch.

With medicjournal application it's now easier to collect your own stats on any medication or medical observation you need to collect. Recording medication side effect, health progress is not that easy, but this app will make this task easier.First, you can manage your medication list with a specific frequency and dosage and medicjournal will automatically add the next event in your iPhone's calendar with 2 alarms, and will record with the historic journal every time you take your medicine and let you to enter a special comment and judge as much of 4 observations in your device at the same time.To start, just add any of your medication you need to track, fill any field the way you want. Important, set you frequency to the exact amount of time between each time you have to wait before taking your next medicine. When your taking your first medication, select in the list the medication, Touch the button [Take Medicine] then enter your observation, touch the back button, then your info has been saved to MedicJournal database.To review the historic just hit the History button, and you scroll to the list, or email it as CSV data file.To start, just add any of your medication you need to track, fill any field the way you want.
