iTrueLogic is an application written by TrueLogic Company to assist its customers in their efforts to implement “Lean Manufacturing” practices by allowing them to input variable process data into their TrueChem Chemical Analysis and Statistical Control Software Database from the source point of the data, and to allow them to confirm remotely that process control/improvement action items initiated from TrueChem have been completed. iTrueLogic will eliminate the need to search for an open workstation or to walk to the laboratory to enter the information into TrueChem, and it will allow customers to retrieve information remotely from their TrueChem Database, providing a “real time status report” of their processes while they are still in the area of the operation. This will save significant time if the processes are running correctly, but the savings of time and money can be even greater if condition exists where time is of the essence.iTrueLogic will be loaded onto iPhones, iPod touches, and iPads to communicate with TrueLogic's TrueChem Chemical Analysis and Statistical Control Software, which is utilized by prominent manufacturing companies and government institutions around the world, i.e. American Airlines, Boeing, Cessna, Delta Faucet, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrop Grumman, the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force, as well as the Egyptian Air Force. TrueChem assists these manufacturers and more to achieve continuous process improvement; allowing them to maximize the quality and dependability of essential parts that they manufacture; ranging from decorative to life saving products.Manufacturers utilizing TrueChem experience a significant decrease in part failures that could result in very expensive reworks, recalls, quarantines and/or scrap. Part failures could also result in major accidents/incidents where surface finishing of the failed part could be a root cause.
