OK, he does not always pay attention, he can get bored, easily distracted, he's rude, and frankly, he does not give a damn about your feelings- but, hey, he fits in your pocket!

There is a pause button in the lower left corner- that will not interrupt what is he saying right now, but it will keep him from jabbering on and on.
In pause mode, if you touch the screen, he will say something.
Or, you can touch play, to make him talk automatically again.
