iCoreSports training programs are like having your own personal trainer without the added expense.The iCore Stretch Women's application is a cutting edge personal trainer program to guide properly stretching all your muscle groups before training.This stretching program is developed and narrated by professional trainer Alexandra Laws who has successfully trained professional athletes including Rob Dyrdek, Pro Skater and star of MTV show Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory, Ai Sugiyama, Wimbledon tennis champion, Danny Way, professional skateboarder voted All Time Greatest Action Sports Athlete Ever by Spike Magazine and 3 times world champion Olympic Triathlete Michellie Jones.This program contains 12 stretching videos with detailed vocal instruction with Alexandra breaking down each move to make them easy to follow. Each video walks you step by step through how to do each stretching exercise with precision to assure correct form and maximize the effectiveness.
