Zazen is a simple, elegant application to help you meditate and relax. Meditation and relaxation don't need to be overcomplicated and the same is true for Zazen. It features a timer, a clean interface, and a number of helpers to help you during your meditation.Using Zazen isn't difficult. You simply set the timer, choose whether you want to be notified at certain points during your meditation (begin, end, and at intervals), and you choose a background sound (optional).
