Tru2Go is a premium service that offers the same great experience as our free mobile banking, with the added convenience of being an installed app on your iPhone. With Tru2Go you can view your account balances, view recent transaction history, review check status, transfer funds, locate ATMs/ Member Financial Centers, and pay bills from virtually anywhere on your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.Tru2Go requires a low monthly subscription fee:
• $0.99 per month
• Or $0.50 per month if you sign up for eStatements.
There is no cost to download this app and use the Locator and Contact Us features, however a monthly fee will be assessed upon usage when access your accounts.Why the subscription fee?
Truliant Federal Credit Union is a financial cooperative. The Tru2Go iPhone app is a not without its costs to Truliant. Truliant pays a per user fee each month. We offer the option of an iPhone app for the members who desire to use one, but we also feel it would not be fair to ask the rest of the membership to bear the cost of the application for the members who choose to use it. We are passing some of this direct cost on to the members that use Tru2Go.Keep in mind, we still offer two FREE* alternatives for mobile banking.

• SMS Text Banking – Log in to Truliant Online Banking and add your phoneFor a full comparison of the different mobile products we offer, please refer back to our mobile banking page.Cancelation: If, for any reason, you wish to stop using Tru2Go, you will need to contact a Truliant representative and ask to be removed from the service as well as remove the app from your phone. If you continue to use the app after requesting to be removed, you will continue to be assessed the monthly fee.* Your carrier may charge text messaging and/or data access fees.
