This is the version of Real Estate Hunter for iPhone / iPod Touch.

Store important information for a list of properties and have it handy as you travel around to view them.- Supports buying and renting.- Enter info for each property including price, address, tax, maintenance, bedrooms, bathroom, and size.- Properties can be house, condo, co-op, multi-family, or other.- Save settings for default mortgage rate and term.- Automatically calculates mortgage and monthly costs.- Compare costs for asking and offer prices.- Add pictures from your photo library or camera.- Add contacts from your address book or create new contacts.- View property location on a map.- Rate each property from 1 to 5 stars.- Custom fields can be used to store additional information.- Email a csv of your data that you can open in Excel and other programs.- Supports both US and International terms.More features coming soon!The free version supports up to three properties. You can purchase unlocking the app to allow unlimited properties for a low cost within the app.This is an app that I made for myself to keep track of properties as I looked for a new home.
