This is the version of One Hundred Poets for iPhone / iPod Touch.
Hyakunin-Isshu is Japanese Poem(Waka) collections and a traditional anthology style of compiling.
One from each poet-a total of one hundred poems.
A traditional Japanese poem(Waka) of thirty-one syllables, consists of five units 5-7-5-7-7.
The themes of the poems can be classified as Love, Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter, Journey.
FromNumber 1, Emperor Tenji (626-671), Number100, Emperor Juntoku (1197-1242), the poets' lifetimes span 600 years.
A must for anyone interested in Japanese culture!
