An intelligent timetable for riders of San Francisco Bay Area's Caltrain.
The app has a slightly different take on displaying train times, and can display two, many or all train times in a scrollable timetable.
Set your favorite stations and travel direction and on start-up the app displays the next trains at your stations, going in your direction. Bullet and express trains highlighted.
It immediately shows you your next trains with no scrolling or tapping, and no internet connection is required. Simply drag your finger to quickly see the rest of the day or even view the whole timetable.
What it does:
- Displays the next trains at your stations (choose as many stations as you like)
- Highlights bullet and express trains
- Remembers your stations and displays only those
- Browse the full CalTrain schedule too.
- Remembers your direction of travel in the morning and afternoon, and switches the display automatically
- Weekdays, weekends and holidays built in
- Choose the Redwood City station as one of your favorites to see the timed change.
What it doesn't do:
- Clutter the screen with maps and fares
- Connect to the internet and slow you down
- Shuttle buses
