This is the version of Mental Health Assessments for iPhone / iPod Touch.

If you sometimes feel depressed, experience great stress, have panic attacks, abnormal fears, or mental anxiety we have an online assessment that can help you figure out what may be the cause. Answer these Yes/No questions to help you learn the symptoms and warning signs of a number of mental health conditions and help you figure out if you or someone you love is suffering from them.This app consists of common mental health assessments (surveys) similar to those used by triage nurses to estimate mental health state.The assessments include:1) Clinical DepressionOne out of every six people will suffer from major depression at some point in their lives, yet only about one-third of depression sufferers will receive proper treatment. Take this quick assessment to learn more about the symptoms of clinical depression and help you determine whether or not you might suffer from depression.
2) Manic EpisodeIf you are currently diagnosed with depression, but suspect you may actually have bipolar disorder, this test can help you determine if you have had manic episodes between bouts of depression. These questions are based on the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition
3) Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD)If you worry too much, feel restless, and don't sleep well, you may be experiencing symptoms of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Take this quick assessment to learn more about the symptoms of GAD and help you determine whether or not you might have GAD. These questions are based on the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition
