Math Contests contains the actual math contests given to students participating in Math League Contests, Grades 4, 5, and 6, School Years 1979-1980 through 2005-2006, www.themathleague.com. (Actual contests for Grades 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and Algebra 1 Contests, in School Years 2006-2007 through 2009-2010, are coming soon!) The contests are designed to build student interest and confidence in mathematics through solving worthwhile problems. Over 1 million students around the world participate in Math League Contests each year. Every contest has questions from different areas of mathematics, suitable for the grade level indicated. The questions range in difficulty from straightforward through moderate to challenging.
