She has been interviewed on a local Hong Kong radio station and also covers Hong Kong for Frommer's China.Besides Hong Kong, she is also the author of Frommer's Japan and Frommer's Tokyo. For her many years writing about Japan, she was named by the Japanese government as a Visit Japan Ambassador, the only recipient living in the United States awarded the honorary title.
