It is published as a comic about a bold fight against the sickness and told by a 35-year old man who had an operation for it.The man's name is Ken Shimada and he lives in Japan.
He runs a company that utilizes proposed commercial advertising comics as a tool which is unique to Japan.
He re-edits finely balanced comic, that combines the printed word and illustration for use as comic advertisement in business!
His ideas are accepted and bring in great revenue. He is also a President of the company and it has received numerous requests from celebrities and other famous people.
He got hemorrhoids when he was very busy with his work…There are some sorts of suffering and conflicts that you can't talk to anyone about, like the lower body problems.
He also had a lot of trouble as a hemorrhoids patient. . .

I've felt I should monopolize my own experience in order to explain this terrible illness because I felt embarrassed about it. So, I decided to publish this illness record for the whole world.
I didn't think it was interesting to publish it in print by general methods, so I took advantage of the fun and readable “Manga” format of my company's business tool.We released a Japanese version of this comic as well.
It's for those who are suffering from hemorrhoids and other anal diseases around the world, and want one's step towards treatment.
We are also in English, to take advantage of Japanese comic right-side openings, which an application form can do.The world has piles of medical books about hemorrhoids by medical doctors but few who have published personal narratives.
If you are a normal person, you will probably keep the fact that you have hemorrhoids a secret for a lifetime.But I, Ken Shimada, reveal everything.
I want people to recover completely from hemorrhoids as quickly as possible. It is this thinking that moved me to publish this comic from Japan.
