This is the version of Chairman Now 2 for iPhone / iPod Touch.

This application helps a chairperson to run their meetings on time.FEATURES• A standard agenda can be stored for each type of meeting the user runs; an agenda consists of items and optional sub-items
• The standard agenda can be altered to suit the needs of a meeting on a particular day, eg. with different matters being discussed in General Business
• The order of the agenda items and sub-items can be changed as needed, for example, to allow important items to precede routine ones.
• The planned duration of each agenda item (or sub-item) can be set
• The resulting meeting plan can be Emailed to all participants for comment and acceptance; The text for the Email is user-defined in the Apple Settings menu
• Tips are given for running meetings on time.
RUNNING A MEETING TO TIMEWhen the meeting starts, the chairperson uses the meeting progress screen to monitor progress to plan.• On the progress screen, each agenda item is shown in turn with its name and planned duration
• A moving progress bar shows the time taken on the current item as a proportion of the total time planned
• A whole-of-meeting progress bar simultaneously shows current time in relation to planned meeting time
• The planned start and duration of each agenda item is shown on the whole-of-meeting progress bar
• Overtime is shown in minutes and seconds; negative overtime is shown so you can see how much time you have up your sleeve
• Optional (silence the device) audible prompts alert everyone to milestones, namely 75%, 90% and 100% of the allowed time on an item.
• Progress line appearance can be selected in the Apple Settings menu.
