The application calculates basic body weight from your height.
And that recalculates standard body weight by age and sex.
But if you have target body weight, please change standard body weight directlyIf you have finished input of basic information, please push the Start button then application will start.Second, let's input the calorie.
If you eat something, you have better input a calorie.
Your calorimeter goes up as much as you input it.
With it, your alter ego grow up plumply too! !Third, leave a record by email.
Please don't forget to send an email from a history page before sleeping.
Because you can leave a record by reporting it.Last, if you want to delete input histories.
When the Start button pushed again application will restart.
After restart, all histories is deleted.Please use this for your calorie management.
