The ACRA iPhone app provides the business community free and ready access to information from ACRA that would help users in their decision-making and planning.The ACRA mobile app provides the following services which are unique to ACRA:A.Directory Search
This mobile directory search function facilitates the search of names of all business firms, local companies, foreign companies, limited liability partnerships (LLP), limited partnerships (LP), Public Accounting Corporations (PAC) and Public Accounting Firms (PAF) registered in Singapore.The search criteria may consist of either a valid Registration Number or a full/partial name of a business/company/LLP/LP/public accounting corporation/public accounting firm.B.AskACRA
ASKACRA Mobile is an interactive web service which allows you to have easy access to FAQs related to information on your business.
You can make use of the integrated search function to streamline the querying process using pre-defined categories and topics such as Company or Public Accountant, resulting in an extensive and more effective search query.
And if an answer cannot be found, the application can automatically redirect you to our web FAQs that is well-integrated with the government iGOV FAQs platform within the same user interface.C.AGM Calculator
The AGM Calculator enables users to check when a company is due to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Users are required to enter the date of the company's last AGM and next financial year end for the accounts to be laid at the AGM. Based on the information entered, the AGM Calculator will compute the due date for the company to hold its next AGM in order not to breach sections 175 (holding of AGM) and section 201 (laying of accounts at AGM) of the Companies Act.This app will help companies to better plan when to hold their AGMs so as to meet the legal requirements.A.Directory Search
