This is the version of 한전고객센터(Hello! M-KEPCO) for iPhone / iPod Touch.

한국전력공사(KEPCO)는 급변하는 IT(정보기술) 환경에 맞추어 스마트폰을 이용한 고객의 전기관련 정보, 전기요금 및 민원상담 등 모바일 정보서비스를 실시합니다.제공하는 정보는 전기요금 조회․납부, 요금계산, 모바일 청구서 발행, 전기요금 계산, 각종 민원신청, 민원결과 조회, 가까운 지점 찾기, 전기관련 정보, 공지사항 등 한국전력공사와 관련된 정보서비스입니다. 다만, 전기요금 납부기능은 30만원미만의 일부 신용카드에 대하여 서비스를 제공하며, 점차 범위를 확대 시행할 예정입니다.향후 모든 업무에 대하여 고객께서 직접 스마트폰으로 전기관련 정보조회, 민원신청을 할 수 있도록 점차 기능을 확대하도록 하겠습니다.향후 모든 업무에 대하여 고객께서 직접 스마트폰으로 전기관련 정보조회, 민원신청을 할 수 있도록 점차 기능을 확대하도록 하겠습니다.
