iPrez - iPrez is a presentation and white-boarding app for use between iOS devices.

This version of iPrez is optimized for the iPad, meaning that you can enjoy the full iPrez experience on the big screen.

iPrez is a presentation and white-boarding app for use between iOS devices. The iOS device can be set up either as a Presenter or Audience for sharing of presentations.Multiple iOS device are connected via Bluetooth or WIFI. There is a 16 devices connection limit. With more devices and Bluetooth connection, you will experience slow sending of presentation information.As a Presenter, you can share images and PDF files with connected Audience devices. In addition, annotations (white-board) can be shared across devices. The Presenter also has full control of the Audience view - the Presenter can synchronize the Audience view to display the same page to ensure that everyone is viewing the same slide.After annotation, both Presenter and Audience can save and email a copy of the presentation to themselves. Audience annotation cannot be saved by Presenter.Process
1. Connect and identify single Presenter and multiple Audience devices
2. Set mode to Distribution
3. Send image or PDF to all Audience
4. Set mode back to Presentation mode

• Load images from Photo Album. PDF files must be synced from iTunes to be distributed to other iOS devices
• Each iOS device can be set as a Presenter or Audience
• iOS devices must be connected initially. Once connected, each device will maintain History and Last Connected information so that future connections can be automatic.
• In the event of any interruption, the Audience device will be automatically connected without interrupting the Presenter. The presenter can view the number of Audience devices connected.
• To swtich between slides on a PDF presentation, swipe left or right on the screen
• Annotation (white-board) Feature
⁃ Annotate using freehand drawings, highlights, and text labels
⁃ Vary selected annotations by size and color
⁃ Undo the last annotation
• Presenter annotation is shared with all Audience when sent. Audience annotation is private and can be saved together with Presenter annotation.
