Texas Holdem Poker Timer is an iPad app that makes it easy and fun to set up a blinds schedule for your next tournament. It will automatically create a blinds schedule base on the starting chips and number of players that you specify. The blinds schedule it creates can then be modified to be exactly what you want. You can add levels, delete levels and specify when breaks should occur. For each level, the small blind, big blind, ante and level duration can be set to the precise values you desire. You can also specify the buy-in, re-buy and add-on amounts and the app will keep track of the total prize value and average stack size as the tournament progresses.The app works equally well in landscape and portrait modes, and was designed to make the timer and blinds values easy to see from across the room. It will even keep the iPad from sleeping while your tournament is running.It includes many built in sound clips that you can assign to events such as blinds change, break start and end, and tournament start and end. If you have music playing via the iPod app or another music app on the iPad, the Poker Timer app will fade the music when it plays its alerts so that you can hear them over the music.
