SCADAMOBILE FOR IPHONE AND IPOD TOUCHScadaMobile provides an interface (HMI) for accessing and monitoring variables (tags) and memory of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).Plant engineers, PLC software developers, Maintenance people, and in general anyone dealing with PLC based systems will be able to connect to them at any time, from everywhere.Thanks to its highly configurable nature, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) will be able to offer it as an extension to their systems.ScadaMobile is not only for testing, it suports all major PLC brands and it can be successfuly deployed as a wireless local or remote HMI for everyday use
KEY FEATURESScadaMobile provides many possibilities designed to meet all PLC remote monitoring needs.-Monitor (display and change) PLC variables (tags) through local or remote wireless access.-Simultaneous connections to a number of remote PLCs or RTUs.-Supported types are boolean, 16 and 32 bit integers both signed and unsigned including BCD types, and 32 bit floating point.-Tag Configuration is made by simply importing files created in Excel, Word or Open Office containing the specification of variables.-Access to files in ScadaMobile via Web browser: Safari, Firefox or Microsoft Explorer.-Highly optimized engine for communications with PLCs allowing a large number of variables (literally tens of thousands) with a minimum of network traffic.-Ability to set various access levels with password to prevent accidental modification of variables or display of sensible data.-Define specific display attributes for tags according to your needs, such as buttons, switches, sliders, bars, input fields, lookup texts and so on.-Free arrangement of tags in Pages and Sections for easy retrieval of relevant info.-View current and past alarms in an ordered list with Acknowledge feature.-Create any number of trend graphs and plots to keep track of real time value changes.
SUPPORT FOR OMRON PLCs-Supervise all areas of memory including: IO bit, IO channel, DM area, Work Bit, Work Channel, Timer/Counter area, HR Bit, HR Channel, EM area and AR area.-Supports all CJ1 and CS1 series PLCs, as well as newest models and most older models with TCP / IP connection.-Supported CX-Programmer-generated 'cxr' files for direct import of selected variables without any additional step.
SUPPORT FOR MODBUS/TCP (Version 1.2+)-Read Discrete Inputs and Input Registers.-Supervise (read and write) Coils and Holding Registers.-Display values in any supported data type.-PLC communications engine automatically groups Tags and uses optimized Modbus commands for further efficiency.
SUPPORT FOR ETHERNET/IP (Version 1.3+)-Read/Write any scalar data type tag including multiple nested struct and array member variables.-Native CIP and PCCC embeded commands with support for Logix and Micrologix series of controllers, including CompactLogix, ControlLogix, Micrologix and SLC5/05.-Individual diagnostic of Tag errors.
