Kids can have fun and master spelling skills with PhotoCross, the game that automatically creates unlimited, unique crossword puzzles, using clear, simple photos as clues.For example, you might see a photo of a cow next to your puzzle: if the photo's in a right arrow box, the clue is for Across; if the box has a down arrow, the clue is for Down. Type “cow” at the blinking cursor and, as you type, correct letters appear in green; any incorrect letter appears in black. Once you've spelled a clue correctly, just select the first box of any word, and a new clue appears.You can select the challenge level you want, from Easy through Medium to Hard, using the Settings button. The shortest words in Easy are just three letters long (think cat, dog, and rat); the hardest words at the Hard level are up to ten letters long. Are you ready for puffin, llama, and poinsettia?To start a new puzzle, just press the New Puzzle button.
