This version of Mortgage Ticker is optimized for the iPad, meaning that you can enjoy the full Mortgage Ticker experience on the big screen.
Provides a real-time view on how much is left on your mortgage. Watch as the money owing on your mortgage ticks down to $0.The following mortgage frequencies are supported:- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
- Semi-Monthly
- MonthlyIn the device's Settings application, configure the Mortgage Balance, Start Date, Payment Amount, Payment Frequency and Interest Rate.Example: For a $200,000 mortgage taken on January 17, 2010 at a rate of 4.25% with bi-weekly payments of $500.Mortgage Balance: $200,000

Payment Frequency: Bi-Weekly
Interest Rate: 4.25%For variable rate mortgages, update the mortgage balance, start date and interest rate in the Settings application when your mortgage rate changes.Note: Some financial institutions compound interest differently, this application will approximate the amount owing.Note: Hybrid mortgages (part variable, part fixed) are not currently supported.In-App Configuration- Weekly
