This update will fix the problem, and restart your download. You will not be charged again for your purchase.1. Go the app store and click updates > purchased > + update2. Tap the “Purchase All 32 Teams” > “Buy Now” > “Buy” > Enter your iTunes password3. If you have already purchased the 32 team bundle you will get a message that says “You've already purchased this. Tap OK to download it again for free.” Tap “OK”4. You will still see the “Buy Now” button on your screen, hit the “Buy Now” again, you will get the “Confirm Your In-App Purchase” again, but you'll notice that the teams are downloading now, tap “cancel” on the pop-up notification.5. You will get a notification that says “Purchased: Congratulations! All Teams have been purchased.” Hit ok.6. Teams will begin to download. TIP: If you had already downloaded all 32 teams to before this update, click the sort at the top of the screen, ie “NFC North”. Click once to sort to those teams, click again to get all teams.
