This version of IntoFractals2 is optimized for the iPad, meaning that you can enjoy the full IntoFractals2 experience on the big screen.
Explore the world of fractals. Zoom into the Mandelbrot set in the fast search mode by touching the screen at a point you choose. To see a detailed image of a location, touch the high resolution button. An alert will ask you to confirm that you do want to calculate a high resolution image. Touch OK and wait about 30 seconds for the image to be displayed. The alert CANCEL button is inoperative after OK has been touched. The high resolution image will permit you to choose your next point for zooming. Touch the search mode button to resume exploring the set. (It is possible to zoom to a new location in the high resolution mode, but this is much slower than using the low resolution search mode.) About 60 zoom levels are possible before zooming fails. The reset button returns you to the initial image of the Mandelbrot set. Running in Landscape orientation is recommended.
