Time. What is time? We divide time into hours, minutes, and seconds. Epic Clock is a visualization of these divisions. Each second is represented as a unique color. As time passes seconds reset and a minute is incremented. The cycle is renewed, but, again is unique, yet similar. When minutes pass and an hour cycles, another such transformation occurs.
Epic Clock uses the current hour, minute, and second to display a background color. Each digit is mapped to a different color that combine to form the unique color of the current moment.
