‘Bentley Navigator for iPad' is our ipad version of the desktop software, Bentley Navigator V8i, for infrastructure teams. In this NEW ipad product preview version #1, you will get a 360-degree view of 3-D design models – so realistic - you would feel that you are actually at the site. Using ipad's motion sensors and touch screens, you will not only get these panoramic views but also get object properties. For example, you will know the thickness of the pipe, or its paint color, or the pressure rating.
Reviewing designs, red-lining, safety inspections – easy as 1-2-3!
By creating ‘points-of-interest' in the models, you will be quickly access the information you need, when you need it. Any annotations made in the ipad can then be merged with the models on your desktop software. We have made this possible because of Bentley's proprietary ‘optimized i-models'. These models combine any DGN, Revit, DWG, DXF, Rhino (3DM), and 3DS files that you may be currently using.
